With Taipei American School's student-led organization, Echoes of Harmony, we hosted an activity at the IPower center to bring joy by teaching the kids to do art and crafts and give them as presents to others. The children enjoy the process of maintaining concentration and observing their inner peace.

With our 12 Graders graduating and heading off to college, Siesta is meant to continue to grow. We are excited to welcome new members to our team. Together, we hope to expand our impact, spread greater awareness for mental health, and create an even stronger community of support.

Over the past 365 days, Siesta has become more than an organization — it has become a community built on empathy, awareness, and support. Thank you to everyone who has shared our mission, worn our bracelets, attended our events, and helped us create a space where people feel seen and heard.
